Empower Jiu Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a Japanese Art of Self Defence. It is an all-round style, encompassing aspects of Karate, Boxing, Aikido, Judo, Wrestling, weapons defence, locking techniques and much more. It is taught to Police and Special Defence forces throughout the World, and is considered the most complete self-defence style.
It is the foundation of Mixed Martial Arts made popular through the Ultimate Fighting Championships and MMA. Empower Jiu Jitsu provides expert tuition to trainees at all levels, ages and physical abilities in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining the seriousness required for real life self defence.
Emphasis is on improving the physical coordination, endurance, speed, strength and flexibility of the body while building awareness, personal discipline, confidence and respect. All instructors possess vast skills, knowledge and experience across a variety of Martial Arts Disciplines and are accredited by the World Ju-Jitsu Federation.

Sensei David brings over 25 years of Martial Arts and Fighting experience, since 1990 Jiu Jitsu has been the foundation of all his experience.

As you may be able to see in these pictures, the knives are plastic and the guns are fake though the training is real. We do use real knives only at higher levels. We never use real guns.
